One of the most sumptuous African fashion exhibitions, the Lagos Fashion Week, will stare this October from 26-29th.
The Lagos Fashion Week vigorous event by Haineken, Style House Files (SFH), Bestseller Foundation, Tecno, and Lush Hair will all take place in Africa’s most populous nation.
Since its inception in 2011, this event has had showcased artistic fashion pieces and craftsmanship within an African- cultured clime created from African fabrics such as the kembe, Dashikis, Ankara, kitenges and others whilst shaping Africa’s present and futures fashion sass.
The Lagos Fashion Week like other fashion events, will fashion an exhibition of runway shows, and will give a chance to flirt with industry giants through workshops and retail activations.
The #LagosFW is also big on bringing the biggest names in the fashion industry and ready-to-wear brands in Nigeria and beyond (across the continent), giving a chance for social and business networking and other activities annually.
In addition to the fashion, runway class, and fashionable social and business time, this year’s Lagos Fashion Week initiatives house has been created to reinforce commitment to adopting a functional fashion system that strengthens environmental, societal, and economic solutions through collaboration, co- creation and community (bella naija style).
