“Today we officially launched the 2023 wheat harvest season in Mpongwe, on the Copperbelt Province. We commend Zambian owned private sector players like ZAMBEEF, for heeding our call for off-season production.

Agriculture remains the bedrock of the UPND New Dawn’s economic transformation and job creation strategy. We appreciate ZAMBEEF and others for their partnership with us.

We welcome the construction of the state-of-the-art flour mill, at the farm in Mpongwe farm, for value addition.
