Humans across the globe have alleged that climate change movements are a hoax created by world leaders to mislead people for financial gains. Many have written books, articles, blogs and social campaigns and others arguing against Climate change and ‘the entire movement’ with the purpose of deflating it.

The arguments concerning climate change being a hoax are valid. Moreover; it is alleged that ‘go green/ clean’ campaigns such as the shift to using clean technology is a money making scheme. To add on, the threat of climate change is exaggerated as wildlife, humans and nature in general can adapt to climate change Just to mention a few.

Climate change is resulted from environmental degradation caused by humans. These include deforestation that results to desertification, pollution such as chemical pollution (of air, land and aquatic poisoning), over hunting of wildlife, urbanization among others.
It is not arguable that environmental degradation is threatening life of nature that we humans are part of. It is destroying wildlife, natural habitats, biodiversity, as well as natural processes such ecosystems, carbon cycle, hydraulic cycle and others including climate (leading to climate change). In short environmental degradation destroys the natural stability.
In this first half of 2023, climate change- crisis according to science and casual experiences are extreme hot and cold weather conditions, dry spells and heavy rainfall-severe flooding.
For illustration, early this year, the artic had a powerful blast that swept across the northeaster America and Canada. A snow storm brought widespread snow and bitter cold from Polar Regions that spread in the USA, Canada and surrounding regions. Similarly, in the January of 2023, Japan experienced a wicked winter with heavy snow fall.
In the horn of Africa, in spite of other environmental challenges, in the last rainy season some parts region experienced severe flooding from heavy down pour of rains. On the other hand, during the same season, other parts of the region experienced an extreme prolonged dry spell with little or no rainfall at all but hot weather conditions. July, 2023, was the hottest month ever experienced in 120,000 years. It was recorded that weather temperature rose as high as 17.08 degrees Celsius.
Equally, other parts of the globe have had devastating experiences due to hot weather conditions. Wildfires raged at high speed in Greece and Chile this year that raged hundreds of hectares in the wilds. Chile declared a state of emergency. Australia on the other hand has predicted harmful wildfires this year as the weather dries up.
These have caused life threatening impacts such as destruction of natural resources, food insecurity, water borne illnesses, direct ultra violet impact exposure, dangerous human skin burns and scotching among others.
Conclusion
Certainly earth is still cool and even cold whereas planetary- cluster evolution is still occurring.
However, I can debunk some of the popular and earlier mentioned allegations as; Clean technology such as renewable energy, green buildings, organic materials among others are inexpensive. Renewable energy such as solar energy is the cheapest to install and maintain and uses solar power from the sun that can never diminish. Green buildings are made from environmentally friendly materials and use less resources and/ or organic materials that are inexpensive.
Whilst wildlife especially fauna can adapt to climate change, not all species are fast enough or have the ability to adapt at all. This could threaten their existence and balance of nature.
Despite the climate change, nature and planet utmost has the ability to rebuild itself. For example; the process of food the web in the animal world is a process that is a “roller coaster” for preys and predator. For illustration, carnivores like lions are major predators in wildlife that prey on herbivores such as impalas. Eventually the herbivores reduce in population due to high consumption of them. Nonetheless, with time, the predators run out of prey and die of hunger giving room for the prey to re-populate.
In this instance, climate change is threatening the ability of earth to sustain life including people. Therefore if there were no people, it is amenable that nature and all life on earth could re-create including the Ozone layer in the far future.
Henceforth, is it possible for the entire life on earth to cease to exist completely? Earth being the only planet able to sustain life explains it all.
