During the African Paralympic Games of the International Wheelchair Basketball Federation (IWBF) the hosting country Ghana lost to Zambia in the women’s basketball wheelchair competition.
Zambia netted 42 while Ghana netted 14 in the full time of the match.
This years Ghana’s first host of the African Paralympic Games that have taken place from 3rd September 2023 and will end 12th September 2023 in Accra.
The wheelchair basketball competition is the 2023 African championship determining which African nation to proceed to the IWBF Paris 2024 Repechage Tournaments next April.
